The most no- table applications for the DLs is to provide the logical formalism for ontologies languages such as OWL. OWL-2, the current W3C ontology language recom-mendation, is based on the expressive description logic SROIQ(D) [17]. SROIQ(D) extends the well known description logic SHOIN (D) by including: a role constructor by general inclusion (R) and a qualified number restriction (Q). SROIQ(D) provides high expressive power with high computational cost of reasoning. Hence, to meet a more suitable compromise between the expressive power and the computational cost, the WiseNET ontology was defined using the SHOIQ(D) language which is more expressive than SHOIN (D) yet less expressive than SROIQ(D) and less computational complex [22]. A definition of the SHOIQ(D) constructors and some examples referencing the WiseNET ontology can be found in the Table 5. http://purl.org/np/RAKNTsKC_8yEfF984-ezD3GP9Ty-lnSvwp8EUbMZrMNfI#paragraph http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#type http://purl.org/spar/doco/Paragraph http://purl.org/np/RAKNTsKC_8yEfF984-ezD3GP9Ty-lnSvwp8EUbMZrMNfI#provenance http://purl.org/np/RAKNTsKC_8yEfF984-ezD3GP9Ty-lnSvwp8EUbMZrMNfI#assertion http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#hadPrimarySource http://dx.doi.org/10.3233/SW-180298 http://purl.org/np/RAKNTsKC_8yEfF984-ezD3GP9Ty-lnSvwp8EUbMZrMNfI#assertion http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#wasAttributedTo https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8429-8208 http://purl.org/np/RAKNTsKC_8yEfF984-ezD3GP9Ty-lnSvwp8EUbMZrMNfI#pubinfo http://purl.org/np/RAKNTsKC_8yEfF984-ezD3GP9Ty-lnSvwp8EUbMZrMNfI http://purl.org/dc/terms/created 2019-11-07T12:47:11+01:00 http://purl.org/np/RAKNTsKC_8yEfF984-ezD3GP9Ty-lnSvwp8EUbMZrMNfI http://purl.org/pav/createdBy https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7114-6459
